Pre-orders
A pre-order is an invitation to reserve a piece before it takes form in the atelier. Each style is produced only in the measure of confirmed orders — a considered gesture that honours our materials and preserves the rarity of every collection.
The estimated delivery window for each piece is indicated on its product page. These windows are shared in good faith and may vary slightly with production and logistics. A shipping confirmation will reach you the moment your order leaves our atelier.
Payment is taken in full at the time of reservation. This allows your piece to enter production with certainty.
Of course. A pre-order may be cancelled at any moment before it enters production or shipment. A short note to care@unrootdchaptrs.com, with your order number, is all that is needed.
Orders & Account
Yes. A personal account is required to place an order — it is also where your pre-orders, addresses and order history reside.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the digital wallets supported by our secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify Payments.
The automated email you receive acknowledges your request. A binding sale is formed once payment has been authorised and your piece has been dispatched from our atelier.
Shipping
At launch, UNROOTD CHAPTRS ships within the United States. Further destinations — France, the United Kingdom and beyond — will be opened in their own time.
Yes. Shipping is offered with our compliments on every order within the United States.
Every piece travels by DHL Express, on a Delivered Duties Paid basis. A tracking link is sent the moment your order leaves us.
No. All applicable duties and taxes are settled by the Maison before delivery. Nothing further will be requested of you upon receipt.
In-stock pieces are prepared within one to three business days. Pre-orders follow the estimated window shown on the product page.
Yes. Every shipment is delivered against signature, as a measure of care for both the piece and its recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests are initiated through our return portal within that period.
Visit our Start a return page and follow the steps. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you.
Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks or signs of wear, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to ten business days for inspection. Approved refunds are then issued within fourteen business days to the original method of payment.
Exchanges are welcomed, for a different size or an identical piece, subject to availability. If the piece you wish to receive is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Yes. You may choose store credit in place of a refund when initiating your return. It is issued at 110% of the value of the returned piece, does not expire, and is non-transferable.
A piece in need of care
Please write to care@unrootdchaptrs.com within forty-eight hours of delivery, with your order number, a description of the matter, and clear photographs. Our team will take it from there.
Sizing & Care
UNROOTD CHAPTRS pieces follow Italian sizing standards, ranging from 38 to 48. Detailed measurements for every cut are available in our Size Guide.
If you hesitate between two sizes, or wish for a more precise understanding of how a piece will fall on you, please write to us at care@unrootdchaptrs.com. Tell us the silhouette you have in mind and the way you would like the piece to sit — we will guide you, as we would in the atelier.
Each piece carries its own care instructions on its inner label. We invite you to follow them closely — they are written to preserve the hand of the fabric and the precision of the cut over time. Damage resulting from care that departs from these instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
